2. Next, check the product details & description and confirm the delivery date by entering the pin code details. You can also speak with our customer service associates for more details on the product or for more assistance on your order.

3. Once you’ve explored all the product details and made your choice, select the quantity and click on the cart icon to add them to the cart. Complete the payment process and you’re done – Your order will be on its way soon after.

B. How can I become a registered member of Geniq.com?
The registration process is simple and will allow you to benefit from a range of promotional offers, discounts and special deals that we extend to our registered members.

To register, simply click on the 'Register' link that can be seen on the Geniq website in the top center. Once you have clicked on the link, you will be taken to a new window where you will be asked to fill in some basic information, following which you can select a password for your registered account.

Next, simply click on the 'Sign Up' icon and complete your registration process.

C. Checking order status, tracking, and delivery
To know your order status, click on the ‘Track Order’ button. Every detail regarding the order such as tracking and delivery status is updated and can be availed on the ‘Track Order’ button.

D. Checking the order’s confirmation status

The instant you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an email/ SMS giving the confirmation status of the order. Alternately, you can also click on the ‘My Orders’ page on the website. Further, you can track the order status by clicking on the ‘Track Order’ button to track and check the delivery status.


E. Will I get a demo and free installation service for my orders?

Yes, we do offer a demo and free installation service for most of our products. However, to know if the service is available for your desired product, simply check the product description for a checkbox regarding demo/ installation service.

Click on the box, when you see it next to your desired product description.

Once you have selected this check box proceed to place the order, following which our décore experts & sales designers will coordinate with you for the demo/ installation process on the product.

F. Do you have a Return/Replacement policy in case I want to return the product?
Yes, we do offer Return/Replacement on certain products; do check the product details & description to confirm if the item is returnable. If the item is returnable, click on the Return/Replacement button and enter the reason for return. Usually, most of the products listed on our site can be returned /replaced within 7 days of delivery.

The process will be initiated and our delivery associates will collect it from the specified/ delivery address. Ensure that the original merchandise label and wrapping are retained as it is.

G. I have placed an order but would like to cancel it now, how do I go about it?

In case you have canceled the order before merchandise packing and dispatch from the company warehouse, the order can be canceled. In the event the order has been dispatched and shipped, we allow for our customers the option of declining the order delivery at the time of actual delivery.  

The refund process is usually initiated after the cancellation process is successful and the amount gets credited into the registered account, or via the payment mode as used at the time of placing the order.

H. I would like to SEE, TRY, TEST, and FEEL my selected product – Do you have a display gallery where I can do that?
